To Whom It May Concern: We are an IT Firm that specializes in Tier 1 Customer Support and Managed Services. We have hundreds of clients and thousands of computers under management of our managed services platform. We also support thousands of end clients with tech support issues.
This seems to be an ongoing responsibility with no end date. To which, we have US based technicians that can fulfill the responsibilities. Additionally, should one become ill or absent, we have others to fill the spot.
Depending upon the overall job requirements, we can become quite competitive on the rate as long as there is an equal value exchange for longevity.
This states "on-site" in the description. Would like to have a better understanding of that parameter but all remote work can easily be taken care of.
