Hi, VPN website is not justified your requirements if you looking to sell VPN service offered using a website it is a big project you need a lot of investment and AWS account with multiple regions to be activated for the different region support also you need many nodes to never get block, there is no complete solution if you are web developer I can give you some of the simple ways to have your VPN server with many clients and devices can work the background work I can do but you have to simplify the solution further using web development so that it could be transparent for the client you can use docker based solution a VPN should be SSL or UDP based never TCP such OpenVPN kind never work for business even also l2tp is not a good choice for this project if you chat with me I will charge it as discussion take time and guideline to the solution need also practical research for you will not be free if you agree you may contact any time for the possibilities.
