Web Tracker System

I need a tracking system to get statistics for the intranet site we have, specifications is as follows:

Admin Panel:

--- view the stats of all the pages

--- can select a date range for generating reports

--- can select which pages only to report

--- can export to excel, and generate charts from these stat reports

--- Invisible stat counter program

Tech: ASP.net with MS access,

pages to track: HTML Pages

I have seen some Free Stat Counter websites but this does no apply to us as we need to deploy it locally, so what we need is the software which these sites offer for free.

I need the most realistic bid, I do not need the cheapest as quality is of the essence. I selected $100-300 as I have no idea what the range is, so if it goes higher that $300 in reality, please include on your posts the realistic bid you have for this project.
