Lead Matching program & email sending program and credits:
The travel admin program holds and matches “new real data being entered @ website” against customer profiles and filters every 5 minutes. (Time should be editable) if leads could not be sold the first attempt…. The program recycles every 30 minutes… and attempts to clients who activate accounts through the day.
Lead view you already made should have column (dist) number of times distributed… by default the ‘view leads’ show all records for that day. Again, (every 30 minutes- (make time editable field – between the hours of 8am-5pm, also make the recycle times 8-5 editable -the program should cycle through and retry matching for customers who become active throughout the day) (see control panel – recycle in admin )
If no agents or companies are available to buy records, the unsold leads /data that is yet to be distributed held over and retried the next day, (start time for recycle is based on editable fields above) oldest data is priority over newer data when retried to send/sell. All unsold data from previous days show as leads by default in view leads report.
Leads are distributed on a shared or exclusive basis.
Shared leads are distributed up to a max. Limit that is set within the manage lead category filter. (Editable field) most commonly if companies are available to receive, up to 4 companies receive the same data and compete for the sale.
Exclusive leads – only one customer receives the data.
Within the view leads report, the report must include a Colum that shows the number of times the lead was distributed, (travel example – dist) that link should show the clients / customers who received that lead.

Table to Filter for obvious bad data - match against - must be able to add/edit/delete Table to Filter Know Bad phone number, like 555-5555 ECT. And - Table of know bad fake names – like Joe some…
Bad Phone numbers are based on Home phone number field; lead should be listed in “view leads” and if we can manually verify and call the other phone number and fix the data… we would like a resend button. To allow the data to be reprocessed and sent out as good data. (See travel admin view leads for example)
No dupe records allowed to be distributed, entered into table, but not distributed – multiple entries within (72 hours) (time should be editable) are ignored and not distrusted. (Dupe field is email address) (dupeof is example on view leads – travel admin)
After passing the pre-filters:
System should match records from data from tables to the customer profile filters - After filtering: leads should be sent by email to companies
Companies who receive data should be active and have positive prepaid balance. (Within customer profile – check box (yes/no) to allow customers to receive data in excess of prepaid balance.
Data should be sent customers based rules if all items are equal when matching 1)Highest revenue combination of sending the data… shared vs. exclusive and shared paying higher lead price then another 2) Assigned Priority number 1-9 and 3) most undelivered percentage customer per day vs. daily limit. Highest rev. Example – customer paying $10 per lead will always receive his data before a customer paying $7 regardless of assigned priority number.
After matching and distributing -Each lead is assigned to client and dollar value is accounted for within customer profile that received the data. ($100 prepaid, each email send for example @ 10 is deducted per email)
Manage Categories -& Rule: Add & Delete Categories / Sub Categories Loan is category and subcategory is loan/refinance or loan/new home loan… (See example in travel admin – cruise and types of cruises)
Send leads @ in order of highest revenue (example – two companies are available to take a lead, each will receive same data - @ 5 per vs. exclusive lead being sold @ $9, the two match agents would receive in priority. Check box (on/off)
Prevent Single distribution of leads (ignored if company is available to receive exclusive) Check box (on/off)
Max distribution -number of companies – shared data (not exclusive) can be sold within that category (editable number)
After prefilter and distribution – companies will return bad data…. We need to a refund function.
Manage Credits (lead refunds for bad or fake data) See under travel site – finance tab – ‘manage credit reasons’ link – add/delete/edit fields

Search for individual records by – leadid or whatever you are using.

Edit credits / refunds – (after searching individual records from view leads – and finding record… change and give credit for bad data.
When a lead is market with a credit reason, the money is returned to the clients balance, and the counter for leads sent for the day is reset, and added back and ready for replacement lead.
View Customers: list of customers should also have filter for type lead they purchase… example agents / loans… active… lists only active customers who purchase loan data.
