BTT is an office portal which enables employees of the company to post the queries and problems regarding their projects to the concerned employees. There are 2 main roles in this project viz. Employee and Manager. Authentication is based on roles. An address book is provided to store the employee profiles. Bug posting, Image/file sharing between employees different levels are the main features.
Functionalities Provided for Administrator:
• Managing users i.e. creating a new user, assigning roles, etc...
• Managing Projects i.e. creating project, assigning users to the projects, managing permissions for users, managing project calendar, managing project wise messages, etc…
• Managing Shared project documents i.e. managing role based permissions to add, edit, and delete project documents.
This project includes three major work flows viz. Address Book, Bug Reporting, and File sharing.
An Employee can Log into the portal and edit their profiles, resumes and search the details of the other employees. Employee can Post a bug or error in their assignments to the concerned authority and get replies from the authorities. Employees can share different files between them.
