ASp.NET Server Control - (Design Time functionality) :: Getting Web Application's Virtual Path from ASP.NET Server Control, also a URL Editor from Windows Form Designer

I would like to divide the whole tasks in 3 part.

Part A:

I am developing a server control where I have a property named UploadFolder. This Upload folder will be the virtual path starting with "~/" within the Web Application. Now as I did not find any DesignTime Editor for editing Folder Path although I found for URLEditor or IMAGEURL Editor etc, I wanted to develop my own Windows Form oriented Design Time folder path editor. In my Windows Form, I have used FolderBrowser Dialog but I want to set the root directory of that dialog to the Web Application's path. I dont see any method to get the Web Application Path from that Windows Form.

I would need a Snippet to get the Web Application path in the Windows Form to achieve this goal.

Part B:

I need Snippet to retrieve the Web Application path in Design Time for any Windows Form Component Editor. I have created Designer for my Server Control where I have Design Time Verbs to call the Windows Form. So in that form, I need to get the Virtual Web Applicaiton directory path. I hope the same snippet for PART A will be usable for this purpose. So, my assumption is : Both PART A and PART B are the same work actually.

Part C:

I need a Windows dialog to be used as a URL Editor within a Design Time Component Editor Windows Form. It couls be simply done by using a OpenFileDialog but as you know, in Visual Studio has URL Editor Class which allow you to choose files only within the Web Application folder. I need the same thing that will be used in Windows Form Component Editor.
