Very active outsourced web design, development and internet marketing services company is looking for a senior level project manager to join its management team and potentially become a full-time employee. We are offering a small stipend (or profit share) and equity in the company equal to 2% of the shares for each month of full-time work. The company is currently for sale (hoping to close in the next 3 months) and has a valuation of $150,000 or more, so this will amount to compensation of $3000-4000/mth and possibly much more if the company would sell higher than its current valuation. If you would prove capable, it is likely the new owner will offer you an attractive full-time employment package. This is a senior-level position requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact directly with customers by email and telephone, writing proposals, bidding projects, and managing technical requirements and workflow with offshore developers. US-based candidates will be given strong preference. Work could be full-time or part-time.
