26013 FT programmer in .net

I am looking for 1 talented, honest, hard-working .net programmer. I want a programmer who can design and program. You must be able meet deadlines and complete projects without errors or minimal errors. International programmers are encouraged to apply, but must be able to speak english. We need programmers who can work at least 5 days a week. We will take into consideration your salary, work history, and availability. We are very flexible people as long as you stick to your schedule. If we hire you as a full time programmer we expect you to work the 40 hours. You may work 8 hours a day for 5 days, but we also like people who can work for about 6.5 hours a day for 6 days. We will have time sheets for you to complete and email on a weekly basis to monitor work. You will be paid via Scriptlance or possibly paypal. We are very flexible for example if you are scheduled to work 8 hours a day you do not have to work the 8 hours consecutively(as long as we are informed). You may work 3 hours take 3 off and come back for 5 hours just be sure you are online for the 8 hours you work and that you insert your task completed each day in your time sheet. Please place your bid for your monthly salary for 40 hours per week. Do not bid your hourly rate or weekly rate.
