SITE CLONE AND MODIFICATION WITH SEO & PPC.

Need to clone and modify a site ([login to view URL]) to my domain (to be given later). With SEO optimization, with Google Adsense, Yahoo, MSN, etc PPC enabled. This site is being designed to be a kind of portal to the several other service. In order to make it flexible and easy to edit by admin, the site should have a backend that will enable admin to add additional, remove or edit web pages to the service list and have them reflect on all the other pages accordingly. In this way, admin does not need to make changes on all the web pages on the site. 1. The menu should be able to edit and add more by admin (i.e. CMS). 2. The payment system on the site should be strictly egold, plus others. 3. Content provision from free content providers of international news, etc. 4. Members area accessible by logging in. 5. Members service by paying for registration via payment options, with both free and paying areas. 6. Automatic activation of member via email. 7. Retrieve login particulars via email. 8. Script store for script sales and download, but running on egold. f. Egold currency exchange service. g. Advertisement service on the site. This should be able to handle banners (rotating and non-rotating), buttons and text ads from advertisers on the site on different pages, etc. h. Knowledgebase service: where admin will be able to post term papers, white papers, etc for users to view. This should be enabled to make it easy for admin to add and remove such text and pages and should be arranged in categories for easy access, etc. i. Member’s area, where members will have to register to access service. The will be free and paying services for members and users. We also propose that you will upload the site to your domain or sub-domain from where we will monitor progress. We will make an initial deposit of 30% (within the first few days as we will agree) after we see that work has started on the project. We will make a further 30% when the job is completed, but still on your domain, in your custody. The balance 40% will come after you have completely handed over to us the entire script and uploaded same to our site, while putting us through on how the site runs and is administered.
