The initial phase of the project has two parts
A: The server site: Basically to be able to call out and receive calls, Send text and receive text. To call or send message to one or many numbers
B: Mobile Application: To respond to the message sent from server with click of a button.
Example: we have ==> Person A, Persons B, C, D, E, F, G. C# program, Mobile App.
person A calls to a known number and C# program receives the call and send a message to B,C, and E (C# program knows phone number of these people). People B,C,E receive the message and responds with a click of a button. C# program hears three messages and responds back to them.
