The purpose of this redesign project is to give the website a new look and feel and thus increase brand recognition and conversions in the form of user interactions with sister offices.
The general design of the new site is to be clean, simple, and easy to use. Large images, clear navigation paths, and clearly defined calls to action are important aspects of the redesign.
The content management system is already in place and built in .NET. Minor programming changes and/or fixes will be needed but no large-scale programming should be necessary.
CORPORATE SECTION
1) Home Page requires adjustment to:
-top navigation with drop down menu, social icons, phone, contact
-navigation: Find a Office, Find a Business For Sale, About Business(drop down), Learning Center(drop down)
-large image slider (clickable) under navigation
- 3 boxes/areas under slider (Find an office, Find a business for sale w/ drop down menu & Find a Franchise for sale w/drop down menu, Learn more about “business”)

-business listings at bottom as it is now

-fit in a “Search All Businesses For Sale” but show the results within the office’s page and have no links to the actual business listing page

-info is currently pulled in twice per day from another database
-want to pull in images with the other business info that is already getting pulled into page

-can eliminate “Professional Directory” -
-want office pages to be unique from corporate pages.
-links to office pages from corporate should open in a new tab so users know they left corporate and entered individual office area
-want social icons/links on every corporate page (not on individual offices’ pages)
-need to fit in Search for Business form on each corporate page
-need to fit in Buyer Alert link on every page
