Server and Client Application should be Developed saperately server reads the data from the specific port and at the same time authenticate the clients request from the clients application using TCP/[url removed, login to view] the server application also maintain user information database which includes expiry date and dues [url removed, login to view] client application only take the id and password and nick name form the user and send to server for athentication and if authenticated then show the live data from the server and also client application also work as a chat client at the same time. and server also work as a chat server at the sametime.
Server also save the recived feeds in the database for history purpose.
client application also provide a different kind of live graph functions for example if a user click on any symbol the application show the market graph in the view of applied dates.
clients application also has a sections in which web adds are shown

connections and port should be configurable in both apps and it should be developed in .Net and Sql server and complete documentation along with conventuion list and a short discription as an comment on each line/procedure/[url removed, login to view]
