I need three hotkey macros for Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Contact Manager

I need help getting three hotkey macros written (using whatever method) for Microsoft Outlook 2007 with Contact Manager to move to the next contact and then automatically dial the connected phone (via TAPI). We already have the Outlook click to dial feature working with XTAPI, we just need a macro to cut down on the number of clicks. We also need two macros written to tag the contacts as "bad phone number" and "hot lead" using hotkeys. I also want a macro/program…something written that can recognize a phone number on a website as a phone number and that will allow my x-tapi phone software to be able to click to dial. I want this in conjunction with the Outlook. Also, how much would this project cost us on a flat rate?
