E-commerce KPI Dashboard Automation

Title: Build an n8n Automation Workflow for E-Commerce CEO Dashboard Description: We are an e-commerce company looking for an n8n expert who can design and implement a daily CEO Dashboard automation. The workflow should collect key business KPIs from multiple systems and send both a Google Sheets update and a Slack summary message every morning. Scope of Work: 1. Trigger • Daily execution at 08:30 (Europe/Budapest timezone). 2. Data Sources • WooCommerce REST API: • Revenue & Orders for the last 24h, 7d, and Month-to-Date. • Refunds & Return Rate (30 days). • Zendesk API: • Tickets created in the last 24h. • Average First Reply Time (FRT) for the last 24h. • Tickets per 100 Orders (30 days). • Marketing Spend: • Initially from a Google Sheets input cell. (Later, integration with Google Ads and Meta Ads APIs). 3. Data Handling & Calculations • Revenue sums, order counts, return rate. • Tickets per 100 orders. • ROAS (Revenue / Marketing Spend). 4. Output • Append daily row into Google Sheets with all KPIs. • Post formatted summary into Slack channel (#ceo-daily). 5. Error Handling • Slack alert if any API call fails (WooCommerce, Zendesk, Sheets). Deliverables: • Fully working n8n workflow (.json export) ready to import. • Setup guide (how to connect API keys for WooCommerce, Zendesk, Slack, Google Sheets). • Optional: Extend workflow later with Google Ads/Meta Ads API integrations. Required Skills: • Strong experience with n8n workflow automation. • API integration (REST, JSON, HTTP Basic Auth). • WooCommerce API & Zendesk API familiarity is a plus. • Good documentation and communication skills. Budget: Flexible (please propose). Timeline: • First working version within 7–10 days.
