I want someone who will make a simple browser extension to add extra functionality for my website

I have a server and website running, languages used in making them are PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL, the main idea for the website is that users can submit reviews and scores for any website based on certain rating criteria and they can see reviews for a website submitted by previous users.
There is a MySQL database on the server which holds the ratings and reviews for all websites, the extension will retrieve the average rating for those rating criteria and display them to the user, it will also have some miscellaneous features.
The extension will contain:
1) Settings button
2) Load-scores button (of current website)
3) Look up reviews button
Settings icon, which contains:
₋ The option to change the background, font and outline colors
₋ A toggle for the auto-load feature
Auto-Load: When enabled, whenever you enter a
new website, the relevant data will be
automatically loaded.
Load-scores button
- If the auto-load feature is disabled, this button
will show when the user presses the extension
icon, in the pop-up window
- After that, the website scores are shown to the
user
"Look up reviews" button
- This button will take the user to the website where they will see user reviews for the website they are currently on
