Urgent Moodle Tweaks & Integration need for long term Project

My Moodle site needs immediate attention so I can roll out an updated learning experience to a client without delay. The work falls into three clear areas: • Course content updates – strictly formatting changes. Headings, images, tables, and embedded media must look consistent across desktop and mobile, with no impact on the underlying resources. • User-management tweaks – streamline roles, enrolment methods, and cohort assignments so administrators can add or suspend learners in one step and reports stay accurate. • Plugin integration – install and configure the plugins the client has approved, verify version compatibility, and test that they do not conflict with existing custom code or themes. All updates must be completed, tested, and pushed to production as soon as possible. I will provide full server access, a staging clone, and the list of approved plugins the moment we start. Acceptance criteria – No residual formatting issues in any course section or activity. – Role and enrolment changes reflected immediately in user dashboards and gradebook. – New plugins fully operational, with regression testing confirming existing features remain unaffected. Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, Moodle 4.x administration, and standard backup/restore workflows will help you move quickly. Once everything passes review, please supply a brief change log so I can update internal documentation.
