SMS\MMS AutoResponder using Nexmo API

I need an SMS autoresponder that will utilize phone numbers that I will be getting from Twilio. So autoresponder will need to use Nexmo's API.

Required Features:

*Able to add\edit\delete Campaigns + phone numbers associated with the campaigns(Campaigns must be able to support multiple phone numbers). Obviously the autoreply messages should be easily changed.

*A sequential response system with built-in delays.

So if a message is received the first time, it will send out reply1, if that number responds, it will send reply2 etc.. Some sort of database will be required to store all that data. What the goal is here is to simulate a "conversation".

*Able to utilize MMS for photo sending.

*Able to download all Incoming phone numbers into a .csv file

*Able to send a "MASS" message to all the Incoming numbers. (A scheduler feature would also be nice, but not a priority at the moment)

*Able to STOP\PAUSE Campaigns

I will require installation of this script on my VPS, and I will require support from the developer (I will most likely think of more features to add in future, but I will pay for any additions).

I will require a backup copy as well.
