Setup MySQL database, vers.2

A MySql database to register workhours using their mobile phones using a responsive site. It will be developed in Bootstrap and coded in PHP. The data will be delivered to the database in csv. Deadline: 14 days The projected will be devided in 4 milestones. Milestone 1: A description of the database and a drawing of the database structure. Include: - Admin login, logout, forgot password - Super admin : manage admin users – name, email, login id, password - Manage zip codes (if you provide us the data in excel, we can import for first time, after that you can edit or add through the form) - Manage unit of measurement - Manage Product Group - Manage products - List page with filter by group, product name - Manage (add, edit, delete, deactivate) customers (fields as per database structure given) along with one contact person (fields as per database structure given). Once any record (product, supplier is bound or invoice added) is created for a customer, he can be deactivated but not deleted - Customer list page with filter by CVR, name, city - Manage (add, edit, delete, deactivate) suppliers. Once any record (product, customer is bound or invoice added) is created for a supplier, he can be deactivated but not deleted. - Supplier list page with filter by CVR, name, city - Bind a customer with suppliers and products and add price per item and per unit. Edit will overwrite price. - List page that will be shown only after filter is used. Filter by customer, supplier, product Add (edit, delete) invoice : select supplier, select customer, add details (as per database structure, except currency) of invoice and all products. Calculation of final price for each item based on quantity and rebate. Calculation of total of an invoice. - List page with filter by customer, supplier, invoice number, date range - When an admin user enters an invoice, his name will be added and will show on list page. If an admin user edits it, it will overwritten. - In case any item is billed at a rate higher than agreed then a mail will go to company email address. - Basic Design. - Will be coded in core PHP and MySql. Will need FTP, Cpanel access to host the application.
