Jewish/Israeli Songs Arrangement Research & Creation

I need someone to locate and/or create arrangements of Jewish and Israeli songs (traditional/folk, as well as contemporary pop secular) for school instrumental ensembles - string orchestra and band. Approach 1: There are no doubt existing arrangements of this repertoire created for these kinds of ensembles. These may be listed on publishers' or arrangers' websites, and may be listed on websites for youth music ensembles (school, civic, non-profit) as part of their repertoire, in concert programs, or concert reviews. I need song names, composer/creator names, and links to publishers or copyright owners. Approach 2: I am also happy to commission arrangements of this music, and would rely on the contractor to a) research possible songs to arrange (emphasizing well-known and/or chart-topping hits of the last 20 years), b) on approval, facilitating "permission to arrange" negotiations with copyright owners, c) creating arrangements appropriate to our instrumentation and playing level. If this works, it could turn into an on-going, long-term partnership.
