AI-Based Video Content Producer

1. Engagement Overview This is an AI-first production engagement — not a videographer or post-production-only role. The Contractor will build videos from scratch using video editing software, GenAI tools, motion graphics, and curated asset libraries, synthesising scripts, visuals, voiceovers, and pacing into finished content. The engagement spans two organisations with distinct needs: primary focus on Bengali-language pedagogy videos for school classrooms (Emdee), and secondary focus on brand and marketing content (Zuneko Labs). 2. Scope of Work 2.1 Primary — Educational Video Production (Emdee) • Produce chapter-wise and concept-wise pedagogy videos in Bengali for Bengali-medium school syllabi, designed for AV use in smartclasses • Work from scripts and subject content (in Bengali) already procured from subject teachers; translate these into structured, paced, pedagogically sound videos • Deploy the full range of educational video styles as content calls for it: motion storytelling, infographic/diagrammatic explainers, sharpie/whiteboard/pen-in-hand sequences, relevant stock footage, character animation, and others • Generate Bengali voiceovers (AI-generated or otherwise) that pair naturally with visuals and pacing • Maintain consistency in visual language, tone, and pedagogical approach across a large content library covering multiple subjects and grades • Build reusable templates, asset libraries, and production workflows that allow output to scale across hundreds of videos without quality drift • Maintain a turnaround of 1 video per day or more, as detailed in Section 4 2.2 Secondary — Marketing & Brand Assets (Zuneko) • Produce video and visual assets (primarily video, some pictorial) for LinkedIn and the Zuneko website based on briefs from marketing • Build motion graphics, infographic videos, short-form explainers, and other formats suited to B2B social and web contexts • Maintain brand consistency and adapt tone across audience segments (enterprise, government, employer branding) • Turn assets around quickly for time-sensitive campaigns without sacrificing quality 2.3 Tooling, Workflow & Continuous Improvement • Build and maintain fluency across a wide GenAI video stack (Runway, Freepik, Veo, Kling, Pika, and successors), motion graphics tools (After Effects or equivalent), whiteboard/explainer tools, image generation tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Flow, etc.), and AI voice tools (ElevenLabs and equivalents) • Stay current with evolving GenAI tooling and fold new capabilities into production workflows as they mature • Document processes, templates, and asset libraries to enable handoff and scale 3. Deliverables & Turnaround • Minimum output: 1 finished video per day (or an equivalent agreed monthly output pack), averaged over each calendar month • Exact monthly deliverable count and mix (Emdee vs. Zuneko) to be confirmed in a written statement of work (SOW) at the start of each month or contract period • Revisions: up to [2] rounds of revision per deliverable are included in the retainer; additional rounds billed as out-of-scope work per Section 4.4 • Contractor is responsible for maintaining and delivering organised source files, templates, and asset libraries as part of each handoff 4. Engagement Terms 4.1 Engagement type: Independent contractor / freelance retainer. This is not a contract of employment, and nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee relationship. 4.2 Term: Initial term of [3/6] months from [Start Date], renewable by mutual written agreement for successive terms. 4.3 Retainer fee: ₹[Monthly Retainer Amount] per month, [inclusive/exclusive] of applicable GST, for the deliverables defined in the monthly SOW under Section 3. 4.4 Out-of-scope work: Work beyond the agreed monthly SOW (e.g. rush turnarounds, extra revision rounds, ad hoc requests) billed separately at ₹[Amount] per day or ₹[Amount] per deliverable, agreed in writing before work begins. 4.5 Invoicing & payment: Contractor invoices monthly in arrears; payment due within [15/30] days of invoice, subject to applicable TDS deduction under the Income Tax Act. Contractor is responsible for their own GST registration/compliance where applicable. 4.6 Notice period: Either party may terminate this engagement with [30] days' written notice. Emdee/Zuneko Labs may terminate with immediate effect for material breach, including breaches of confidentiality, IP assignment, or repeated failure to meet agreed quality or turnaround standards. 4.7 Exclusivity: This is a non-exclusive engagement. Contractor may take on other clients, provided this does not create a conflict of interest and Contractor does not, during the term, produce comparable Bengali-medium educational content or directly competing enterprise AI/automation marketing content for a competitor without Emdee/Zuneko Labs' prior written consent. 5. Independent Contractor Status • Contractor is engaged as an independent contractor and is not entitled to employee benefits such as provident fund (PF), ESI, gratuity, paid leave, or health insurance • Contractor is responsible for their own tax filings and statutory compliance; Emdee/Zuneko Labs will deduct TDS as required by law and issue Form 16A/relevant certificates • Contractor supplies their own equipment, workstation, and software licenses (editing suite, GenAI tools, voice tools) unless a specific tool is provided by Emdee/Zuneko Labs in writing • Contractor may not subcontract or delegate deliverables to a third party without prior written consent, given the quality-control and confidentiality requirements of this engagement 6. Intellectual Property • All scripts, storyboards, visuals, voiceovers, templates, and finished videos produced under this engagement are works made for hire; all IP rights vest exclusively in Emdee/Zuneko Labs upon payment of the corresponding invoice • Contractor waives, to the extent permitted by law, any moral rights in the deliverables • Contractor may reference completed work in a personal portfolio only with prior written consent, and only for non-commercial, non-syllabus-sensitive excerpts approved by Emdee/Zuneko Labs 7. Confidentiality Contractor will treat all unreleased scripts, subject content, government-related material, business strategy, and marketing plans as confidential, and will not disclose or use such information outside the scope of this engagement, both during the term and after its conclusion. 8. Requirements 8.1 Must-haves • 1 to 4 years of experience producing video content, with a portfolio demonstrating range across formats (motion graphics, explainers, infographic videos, animated storytelling) • Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI video tools as a core part of a production workflow, not as occasional experimentation • Working command of motion graphics software (After Effects or equivalent) and design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe suite) • Strong aesthetic judgement: composition, typography, pacing, colour, and the ability to tell whether something looks finished or amateurish • Ability to take a script or brief and independently storyboard, source or generate visuals, pace narration, and deliver finished video without significant hand-holding • Strong working proficiency in Bengali to understand scripts, curate Bengali content, evaluate Bengali voiceover output, and judge whether visuals match the narrative • Comfort operating at high volume and across two very different content domains (school pedagogy and B2B marketing) simultaneously 8.2 Good to have • Prior experience producing educational or pedagogical video content • Familiarity with LinkedIn-native B2B content patterns and what actually performs on the platform • Hands-on with whiteboard animation / sharpie-style production • Some understanding of how students at different age groups absorb visual information • Experience producing content at scale (template systems, batch workflows, reusable asset systems)
