I need a web or intranet based system that allows loan officers to log in to a virtual “up” board. They would come into work log in to the system and be placed next in line to receive the next lead that calls in. I would also like the receptionist to be able to enter a customer id number from the mailer and have that person’s contact info populate and be transferred to the loan officer’s origination software.
