More development for website

I need help with the following. If you have great designing skills, that's great. I don't know how much it'll cost so I just put $100-$300.
- Develop a "MY BANNER" section with user's pictures with 16 banners just like the ones found on: ([url removed, login to view] username: tester6 pass: tester6) You have to be creative and create good looking banners.
- In the registration process, add the ZIP CODE field, and allow members to search each other in "SEARCH" using zip code with radius in miles.
- This is simple: redesign the home page picture of the man and the woman and also the logo (they look too cheesy )
- Here's another simple one: In the "INVITE" tab and also during the registration process, make it look like "INVITE" found in [url removed, login to view] with the envelope. This is simple because you just need to draw the envelop.
- Last, change profiles so that each profile will be [url removed, login to view] instead of the current system ([url removed, login to view]) which is confusing. You have to make sure to change this for existing members also.
