I need to implement a Moodle theme on my server. I need to set this template for desktop and mobile devices. The theme must look nice, clean, and professional. It must look (90%) alike the vendor demo site, some changes (10%) related to my current Moodle site, will be applied.

The theme will be provided. Moodle version 3.8
The site is for Spanish speakers only, so the theme must be in Spanish 100%. When theme ready and approved in your local work environment it will be tested in our test server. When theme ready and approved in our test server, it has to be implemented in the production server.
Local >> Test Server >> Production Server
The initial bid must be final, changes would not be allowed or taken into consideration.
Two milestones will be created, 50% when implemented in the test environment and 50% when implemented in the production environment.
