Design and develop an android App that 1. User create an account 2. Add, edit and delete a unique IDs 3. Other users search for the other user unique ID 4. If unique ID found, click send to send SMS to the mobile number of the user who added that unique ID with additional info from website. 5. If unique ID not found, say ID not found, would you like to add this ID then yes to add or cancel exit Website 1. User create account (Not same with App account) 2. Add a 75 character info (to be added to the SMS from App) with subject 3. Choose the country, state and LGA of those to get the info 4. Select the number of user to receive the sms 5. Saves and get an Email, SMS and notice on website to pay the amount according to number of SMS selected to our bank 6. User should be able to edit, pause or delete info 7. Count number of SMS sent and remaining Admin 1. Approve, Disapprove (with reason) and suspends info 2. Suspends user (With reason) 3. On approval, disapproval and suspension, the user gets an email to the effect
