Write an Android application

We have a React Native Mobile APP (Android / iOS) which is almost 90% ready including its backend admin to manage the App. "REACT NATIVE" Developers experienced team with good portfolio should only bid and must have perfect knowledge working on backend that uses PHP/MySQL. This app is a story app where stories are sold on subscription basis. Last team had developed app almost to completion but later does not reply. So we will discuss only with experienced team. before awarding the job, the Teams first step after getting the source files will be to create builds for Android / iOS and share with us to confirm everything is in place. Task is to complete the remaining part of the existing APP, test thoroughly and on approval make it live on Google and itunes stores. Process would be: --- We will share you the existing APP and its source code, which your team will review and confirm you got everything which is required to complete the APP. --- We will explain you the logic on how the APP works. --- We will share you the remaining tasks required to complete the APP and deliver. It also includes backend admin remaining fixes. Backend is done using PHP/MySQL --- App also uses a payment gateway that has been integrated and needs some updates done, so a team flexible to work using payment gateway is required. --- We have to complete and deliver by end of this month for the APP and its backend (access will be given to only shortlisted team) Terms and agreement we require: ++ No up-fronts (we will only fund escrow on Upwork and release once the tasks are complete) ++ Stick to timelines for delivery for work. ++ Need atleast 60 days free support for any bugs and for support after going live ++ Team will be responsible for publishing the APPs live on Google Play and on Itunes store. We will provide you accounts for publishing ++ NDA required to be executed with the selected team ++ Daily progress and updates are required with dedicated developer available on Skype or calls for sharing updates and discussing the testing issues. ++ Testing cross cases with cross mobile devices and versions to be done perfectly by selected team ++ Prior to release and as pre-cursor for UAT, we will also be doing a formal code review. ++ Under testing there may be some logical changes to the processing, so team should be flexible to make changes without additional costings. ++ Updated source Codes to be delivered with each update including latest builds. ++ We may pay additional bonus if the work is delivered to perfection and support period is handled by the team efficiently. ** A team who cannot provide support or flexibility need not apply please. We need this route: 1. Single code base 2. Easier change and release process for Android and iOS versions 4. Any mobility frameworks would you use? We would want all IP to belong to us assuming standard MVC pattern will be used Project scope will only be shared to only selected team who read the initial post clearly and abide to the terms.
