Small Bug to that needs to be fixed

Job Description:
I have a small mobile app that connects to a web database to show ads. Whenever there are ads in the database, the app crashes. Once there are no ads, it works fine. The app also works on 5.x.x. and higher. Most of potential customers will have an earlier version 4.x.x. I just need an extra pair of eyes to help me solve what the problem could.be.
