React Native App (along with Java & Swift)

Looking for a Skilled React Native developer to develop an app for both Android and iOS platform. The app has several features but the core technical features will be the following:
- Android and iOS like UI & UX
- Basic Authentication.
- RESTFul API consuming.
- Barcode Scanning.
- Searching.
- Sync back to Server.
- Data caching.
You must have sound knowledge on Android & iOS platform as well as their lifecycle.
NOTE that: "Some part of the implementation have to use native code i.e. Java/Kotlin, Swift with ReactJS". Experience in kotlin Native (React JS with kotlin/wrapper) will count as advantage.
