I have an app called ask those who know for andriod and iphone, need to develop for windows desktop and phone using phonegap\

and download the app called "ask those who know" on playstore or iOS

identical to andriod interface for desktop

user and scholars could use the desktop app to send and receive messages

and between them there is a moderator that will accept, deny or redirect to other scholars

every individual have their own account

and their GUI are diff.

they will login based on their email id

after login, the GUI display depending on their profile type

now this is built on web services (d0tnet)

and ms sql db connect to the webservices

and this is hosted to a VPS

andriod and ios users/scholars/mods open the app and it connects to the weburl of the application

their messages or communications not stored in their mobiles

they can send voice or text.
