Need a supply teacher app built

I need an Android app. The design of it should be material-like if possible so please make sure to use the material framework. I would like it designed and built. It should be a supply teacher app used for my school to check whetever a teacher is ill and if so what supply teacher there is going to be that will do the lessons for the specific class. The app basically needs to scrape a table and replicate it on the app itself. There should be a refresh event where a loading circle appears when swiping above and users should be able to change the language between two languages. I would also like the app to notify the user if there are any events for his class/group so the user would basically need the ability to define their groups that they want to receive notifications from.
