Experienced Mobile App Designer for multiple projects

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer who can offer low quotes and quick turnaround.
I currently have a website that markets mobile application development. When a visitor comes to my site he / she is prompted to enter information about the type of app they want to develop. They enter the information and submit it for a quote. I will then forward this information to you and you then quote a price to me so I can mark it up and send it back to my client. Once approved by the Client he/she pays me, and I pay you to build the app.
I need someone who can typically quote back to me within a couple hours of receiving the information. The average amount you will receive for each app will typically be between $75 and $175.
I am looking for a long term relationship with someone who I can use exclusively.
