C/C++ Developer for network filtering application

Will consider only individual developer.

Will decline who has no exact plan to complete this. (of course, I have no idea yet, but need to start this asap.)

Currently, we have an app that was built for Android devices - with part of the backend logic written in C/C++. This app is wrapped in Kotlin.

The existing engine is not built for cross-platform. It specifically references Linux-kernel specific library, <sys/epoll.h>, <sys/eventfd.h> for Linux and Android but does not work on OS X and iOS where we would need to use epoll.h, eventfd.h - for example.

Does this make sense?

The original developer for the project is not working is not available. We have an iOS front-end developer working on the UI/UX for the iOS app, and we do have an Android developer who can assist with the project if required.

the key point is that the current Android solution is already in use widely so we need to maintain compatibility with this while converting the core engine to cross-platform code
