Cattle Field Data App

Budget $750-1500 USD

I need an App that farmers can use in the field, off-line, to capture data regarding individual cattle or the herd. Examples: Injuries, new calf, medication given. I have already designed the system using forms, but I need the data to be stored on the phone. Once the farmer is at his wifi in the office, it must download the raw data to an FTP site. We have a system that will fetch the data and interpret it.

This works very well, but we need to store the data off-line.
