Adding Additional Functionality to my Incompleted App

Dear Mobile App Developers,

The developer of my app was not able to complete all required functions fore more than a year and half and therefore I decided to terminate the work seeking another highly capable developer to the rest of the works.

I need ONLY highly expert developer in the defined specification as in the attached. He/she must be talented and capable enough to work with me in adding the required functions.
