Location Aware Iphone App

We are looking for a developer to make a simple location aware iphone app. After downloading the app, user presses a button to search for a business category closest to their location. Location will be within Japan initially. Business category could be restaurants, housing, car shop etc. Pressing the relevant category button will search for the closest business in that location and display them on a map and a list. User can then select a business from the list and it will display basic business information. E.g A logo, photo, summary of the business, and other text information. There needs to be an easy way for the business info to be updated. This will be an ongoing project but we are looking for something simple to get the project off the ground. Ideally we would like to do an andoid and iphone app at the same time, so a developer familiar with both would be ideal.
