We are looking for a professional developer to build a webbased backend application for a service provider to service their clients. The webbased application will be the operating center of the company. It will be used to communicate with the client through an iPhone app.
User experience storyboard:
The client has a contract with a service provider. Whenever he needs anything arranged, he can call them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The company has also created an iPhone app to offer chat functionality. The client really needs to get a taxi. He opens the app, enters his PIN to login, and sees the frontpage, where he can choose between ‘Live Chat Function’ or ‘Actual Status’. He selects ‘Live Chat Function’ and sees 8 buttons. He selects ‘Taxi Service’ and a chat window opens.
The service representative gets notified on the backend and starts the conversation. The service representative discusses the client’s wishes and logs them into the backend. The client also sends his GPS location to the service representative so he knows exactly where the taxi should go.
The chat is ended and the service representative arranges the request. After that, he logs a status update into the backend. The status update is pushed to the mobile app of the client. Whenever the status changes, the service representative will update it in the backend and the message is pushed to the app of the client.
