Joomla Mobile Website

We have a webiste created in Joomla 2.5. Installed Joomla Mobile but need someone to create a mobile site for all mobile phones. Basic guidelines: Home page with name/logo. click to call and click to email buttons on all pages. background will be a photo. Menu bar to be: home/custom solutions, portfolio, about us, testimonials. Back button on every page. and a "view full site" on the bottom of every page. and facebook and twitter icons at the bottom of the pages. custom solution button will click to next page which will have 5 icons/subcategories on it. home automation, lighting control/home theater/whole house media/wi-fi system. I have all art work. each section will have a few sentences about it when you click on the icon. I have all content. Portfolio page would like to be a slide show of our pictures that you can click on to make larger. Would like to use portfolio in website. About us - why choose us - professional affiliations - all taken from the website. Shortened contact us page with just the basic contact info. Name/number/email/message Testimonials can be the testimonials on our website page. All with same look and feel similar to website.
