Iphone/Android App With Web Integration

This application is about developing a Recipe /meal planning/ shopping list application for the Apple iphone and Android Platforms.. It would allow users to effectively plan daily, weekly and monthly meal plans from a choice of international cuisine's and automatically create simple and easy to use shopping lists. The project would include a webiste that would allow users to upload and share reciepes etc.
Are you interested in potentially working in a partnership? I need an individual or company that can dedicate some time to development. I would be willing to hire others to get things started. I will also contribute with documentation, content, marketing and more! I am also wiling to just pay to get the app built to the specs I have.
