GEO CODE Existing Photos APP

I'd like a simple App (using basic iOS features/options) created where I can take any existing photo to a specific location and assign the current coordinates and geocode previously taken photos.

I also am in need of the Euler Angles (Yaw, Pitch and Roll) of the iPhone as the Existing Photo's GPS Coordinates are recorded and encoded. I need the data to be encoded in the picture file in a similar format as the GPS GeoCode Meta Data.

What I need is the following:

An iPhone App (to Start) which will access existing full size photos in iPhone memory which do not have GEOCODE info embedded.

The App will enable viewing and scrolling of already taken photos that exist in memory on the iPhone.

Establish Position:
Once the proper photo is selected by the user, and confirmed, the iPhone App will then encode GEO Coding of the GPS coordinates of the iPhone at that moment of confirmation within EXIF specification.

Establish iPhone Orientation:
Additionally, when the file encodes the above info it will also encode the position of the iPhone's Eculid Angles (Yaw, Pitch and Role) recording the attitude of the hand held iPhone device in a manner in line with EXIF data. This Data is for the iPhone and not for the existing picture being coded.

In total:

I am in forensics and need an iPhone App built that will load existing photos from the iPhoto Library and allow them to be Geo_Encoded. It records and embeds the user info, user input, Geodata and iPhone positional data into the meta data of the image from the library without effecting it otherwise.

Interface: The App will utilize best practices of user interface and allow the photo library to be typically searched. It will allow the photo to superimpose/fade with the camera view to align the horizon. It will request the user for input data from the case records such as 144 character description, date of photo, and time of day of photo (NOT CURRENT DATE/TIME). It will then confirm if current position, file and coordinates are correct, reconfirm and then populate the file with the information below. The original file should remain intact and a notation in the new filename will be created in the same iPhoto folder with a gps notation in the name.

The app will encode the iPhone user data, the Geo-Location information, Orientation, Direction, and if possible the Euclidian Angles (Yaw,Pitch and Roll) (These would be ideal for forensic purposes). I do not require speed or altitude. If the Euclid data is too complex, what ever available individual positional components of the iPhone should be recorded and embedded in the Meta Data. EXIF specifications should be followed.

As this is a work for hire job, upon accepting this project, the programmer agrees that all source code will become property of the company offering this project. App must be AppStore Ready and may not include any custom frameworks as prohibited by Apple. App will be submitted via the company's Apple Developer account with an author credit given to the programmer.
