3D Animation/Game for Prototype Mobile Application

I am seeking bids to create a full screen mobile (iOS) animation that fluidly changes depending on the simple input characteristics (which I will outline). The animation will resemble in concept the house hold game of "Sharks and Minnows" and attempt to look similar to 'Hungry Shark Evolution'. Visually: As far as the Visual modeling goes I am looking for something very similar to the game 'Hungry Shark Evolution' in terms of look and quality (but much reduced scale). Please download the free game onto your iPhone if you are not familiar. Models should be bright, vivid, fun and visually appealing. At the early stage only two animations are needed. One 3D model for a 'shark' and one complete model for a "minnow". There is then the background which I would like to be similar to that in the game Hungry Shark Evolution in terms of "3D depth" and simple dynamic lighting. Animation: I should be able to lay out the following parameters and the animation will change when loaded: Variable A: Number of starting minnows (integer) Variable B: Number to be eliminated (integer) Dependent C: Number of remaining minnows to be left on screen (A - B = C) Variable D: Duration of animation (seconds) Completed program: The application home screen should have the same 3D rendered background on a loop, with the 3 input characteristics and a 'start animation' button. User can then select starting number of minnows 'A', how many are to be eliminated 'B', and in what time duration the animation is to take place (with a minimum value of no less that 5 seconds); pressing 'start animation' will naturally start the rendering of the animation based on the assigned integer inputs. The completed program will have a 3D rendered back ground that has 'A' number of minnows swimming (random vectors/speeds) in the foreground. 'X' seconds into the animation, a shark animation will swim onto the screen devouring 'B' number of minnows until 'C' minnows is left. The swimming animation for the shark should be different than the eating animation. In the bottom corner will be the number of minnows, and as one is eaten the number will turn red and decrease by one until no more minnows are eaten. At which point the animation is over and an if/else statement is used to print whether of not the user minnow was devoured or if it survived. Once input data is entered, user can select go and the above animation with play with the user having no further interaction in controlling of the models but to watch as they move and are randomly 'eaten' and not 'eaten'. Thus making it a animation as opposed to a controllable game. End Goal: The program is to be as visually appealing as possible, and for the user to have suspense/excitement as they follow their minnow (which will be a different color than the other minnows) and see if he survives the shark attack to the next round or not.
