The purpose of this software tool is to help hotels efficiently maintain the quality of their operations and the cleanliness of their property while creating a record for historical analysis. It is a web based application designed to be used on the web through a PC web browser and/or on a tablet/smartphone using the web app. The website will be developed for use by Management and by personnel supporting the Hotel Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments. It will keep maintenance status data and reports about duties performed on the property.
The software is designed for per room, area and equipment on the property. Each will have an unique name for ease of identification, meaningful status updated and available in real-time, time-stamps and user ID data captured for tracking who made entries and when, text notation fields to record comments associated with each tracked entity, schedules, printable data and user reports and access control by user groups to limit write access to sensitive fields.
