Root my phone

This task is simple for Android professional, so bid if you are one. I've recently bought Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5839i with tariff from three.co.uk. The phone is overloaded by applications like AutoTrader or GooglePlay books, so after installation essential Yahoo email and callendar I am getting messages "insufficient storage".

I've already changed storage target from internal memory to flashcard, but it did not help much, so I probably need to root phone and unistall what I don't need. I've tried all root-it-one-click software on the market, but it doesn't work for GT-S5839i.

SO: I need step-by-step instructions how:

a) completely backup my phone (dektops, applications, contacts, setup, e-mail accounts etc.)

b) root the phone with no side effects (yellow triangles, malfunction)

c) uninstall not needed apps

d) unroot phone if needed

e) return phone back to original state (as it is now) if needed
