OpenGL Android programmer for long term cooperation

Rough project description:

2D layer needs to be imported somehow into an Android live wallpaper OpenGL Scene. "Behind" this semi transparent layer there should be an openGL starfiled simulation like scene.

For this purpose I would license 3d Models from turbosquid (obj files) or whatever necessary: Skybox like this ? [url removed, login to view]

If other methods are better or other formats it is okay as well. I am quite sure that out of the box openGL models of space sectors exist. They can also be fantasy .....It just should look interesting, so there should be planets, nebulas and whatever appear from time to time. If this could be done with fading 2D layers its okay as well. I would have an idea also in this regard...... Other approaches are possible as well.

Live wallpapers + settings to apply in settings screen

Space / Sky simulations

Basic physics skills and maybe physics simulations or game engines that accomplish such things

Graphic conversions (how do we get 2D interfaces into openGL as vector graphics and so on.......

Do we need *.obj files or any other format?....

I understand that a detailed effort estimation and quote is possible only after detailed specs......

You can be sure to get a good specs and we can discuss on a technical level since I am programmer myself (not Java and Android, but I know the basics and I know problems and solution approaches).
