Need messages played to incoming callers via an Android app

Budget $30-250 AUD

I need a personal app only for my personal use. Will NOT be uploaded into the market.

What the app needs to do:

1. When anyone callas my mobile phone, they need to hear my company messages while the phone is ringing.

2. When I answer, the app needs to stop playing the message so i can talk.

3. The duration of the messages that I have is approx 4 minutes all up.

4. ******** YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A DEMO BEFORE BEING AWARDED*******8

5. You can insert a random song for the demo. I just want to see that it is possible.

Please do not say that it is possible as this is not good enough proof for me. You must provide a demo for me to try first.

I don't believe your requirements are possible as the Android API does not allow access to the phone system while a call is in progress, and for similar reasons it wouldn't be possible before the call had been answered Mere
