Mobile HTML landing page for Android

Please read carefully before applying. We are looking for a developer who can create a mobile HTML landing page for Android. 1. On the first page user gets the information about application we offer to download. App is not on the Google Play, it is downloaded from elsewhere. 2. User clicks on the download button. Downloading of .apk file starts, user gets a progress bar and an instruction where to find .apk and how to install it. No need to design something. We have both pages, you just should make the sequence work as intended. Besides we can provide a link to the working prototype, you can just copy it. All the code must NOT be encoded or minified. Using JQuery or Zepto is possible, although it`s better use JS only. A second page must NOT be opened in another browser`s tab. Use the same tab or (preferably) one HTML/PHP page for both parts, just hide the first part and show second. As it is for mobile.
