avitar builder and basic 2d game

Hi

I want an avitar builder.

User m,ust be able to configure avitar and walk the avitar with a simple view from the top. User must be able to control the walk of the character and select between 3 different styles of walking. One can be lazy and slow. The next one a bit faster. And the third walking style must be quick, like a person during rush hour in Tokyo or New York

For the avitar creation, something similar to:

Can be different, does not have to be identical.
