booking, payment and live tracking is a chain, and the bugs that hurt a launch are almost never inside one of those three. they live in the joins. so that is where i would concentrate. a payment that succeeds while the booking write fails, leaving a customer charged with no job. a booking confirmed twice because someone tapped twice on a slow connection. tracking that keeps showing a technician on the way after the job was cancelled. and the state a booking is left in when the app is killed mid-payment and reopened. those are the ones that reach a founder as an angry call rather than a bug report. for a service business the second area is the field side. what the customer app shows has to match what the technician sees, and the interesting failures are timing ones: cancelled while en route, rescheduled while the technician is already driving, two bookings assigned to the same slot. i will also test on a bad connection deliberately rather than only on wifi, because your customers will be standing next to a water tank. reports come with the build identifier, device and android or ios version, exact steps, and a recording where it helps. a bug that cannot be reproduced on your side is not much use to you. how many test accounts can i have, and is there a staging environment or is this against live?
