Revamp & Enhance Mapping Application

Summary: I have a mapping application, and I just need improvements to its navigation, responsiveness, and data fetching. Additionally, there's an additional issue with the number of icons appearing at once, which requires merging adjacent icons as layers, and when zoomed in, they separate (it's important that the layers are clearly visible). I want to synchronize the display of the heading below the icon while browsing, so that the most important or closest headings appear while browsing. We have an application that we want to quote its name (mapstr). See the display style in the link.
