Is app ka main objective customers ko har tarah ki travel needs ke liye ek single platform dena hai — chahe unhe akele jaldi jana ho (Bike), local market jana ho (E-Rickshaw/Auto), ya family/group ke sath outstation jana ho (Cabs/SUVs). 2. Project Scope (Hamein Kya Chahiye) Hamein is project ke andar 3 main modules banwane hain: Customer App (Android & iOS): Jisse customer apni ride (Bike, Auto, ya Cab) book karega. Driver App (Android & iOS): Jisse driver/rider booking accept karega aur ride complete karega. Admin Dashboard (Web Panel): Jisse hum poore business (har category ke vehicles) ko control aur track karenge. 3. Core Features (App Mein Kya-Kya Hoga) A. Customer App (User-facing): Easy Registration: Mobile number aur OTP ke zariye login. Multi-Vehicle Options (Categorized for Easy Selection): Bike Taxi: Single person ke liye fast aur budget ride. E-Rickshaw: Short distance aur local market rides ke liye. Auto: Regular city commute ke liye. Cabs (Mini/Sedan/SUV): Premium rides, family travels, aur outstation trips ke liye. Ride Types: Daily Local Ride, Rental (Hourly basis), aur Outstation. Live Tracking: Google Maps integration jisse customer apni ride ko aate hue live dekh sake. Fare Estimate: Booking se pehle approximate kiraya dikhna chahiye (Har vehicle ka alag rate hoga). Payment Options: Cash, UPI, aur Wallet ka option. B. Driver/Partner App: Easy Onboarding: Driver apne documents (License, RC, Aadhar) app se hi upload kar sake. Bike, Auto, aur Cab drivers ki category onboarding ke waqt hi alag ho jaye. Ride Management: Ride aane par screen par notification baje, jise driver Accept ya Reject kar sake. Navigation: In-built Google Maps navigation customer tak pahunchne ke liye. Earnings Dashboard: Driver apni daily aur weekly kamayi dekh sake. C. Admin Panel (Control Room): Dashboard: Aaj kitni rides aayi (Bike, Auto, Cab wise filter), aur total revenue kitna hua. Vehicle-Wise Pricing Setup: Bike, E-Rickshaw, Auto, aur Cabs ka per kilometer charge alag-alag set karne ka control. Driver Management: Naye drivers ko approve karna, unke documents verify karna, ya block karna. Customer Support: Live support features. 4. Strict UI/UX & Design Guidelines (Design Kaisa Hoga) Developer ko in design rules ko strictly follow karna hoga: Perfect Readability: App ka interface ekdum clean aur professional hona chahiye.
