AI based web application for face recognition-based attendance management.

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an AI-based web application for image and face recognition. The primary purpose of this application is for security and surveillance.

Development will be done on our Remote desktop system only for our Office Security Policy.

Work scope:

1) Face Recognition enabled Attendance Management (Realtime) :

A. Attendance Management system will be a multi operating units and multi customer subscription, (Access control with days and full-time access) based, web-based application will have an additional hybrid mobile app. This mobile app will have a single page (dashboard) which will show logined user attendance data only.

This application will use out exiting application database (SQL server Database) to save or retrieve the attendance punch in and out data on real-time.

A.1- Admin panel admin will have rights to change the database to be connected ( I mean if our customer wants this application needs to be connected with their database only),

A.2- Api to connect our application to the customer database directly.

B. Bulk Attendance IN/Out for Employee/Student by face recognition of more than one person at a time and its data should be saved in database on real-time.

C. Single Attendance in/out using Biometric cum RFID Reader - should also be allowed to save its data directly into the database on real-time.

D. Attendance punching related analytical reports.

E. Punching Data needs to be synced in MS SQL Server Database (IP Address host setting should be in admin panel).

F. Mobile App with Sing-In/ Sign Up and Dashboard (Like Whats app application where registered user can see his/her punching attendance date and timewise.

G. Through Mobile Subscription Plan and payment (using payment gateway)

H. When Subscription expires then Dashboard will show only previous data , not current and afterward from subscription expiry date, until he gets renewal on his subscription.

I. Admin Panel.

J. Real-time monitoring and alerts for security purposes

2) Backup - Admin panel should have setting to set the local path and cloud path (optional), backup mode (auto and manual both)

3) Update - application update though internet should be applicable when we release for a particular customer or for public

4) Web application will have section on which we will publish our further applications demos and there should be likes and wish list concept.

I am open to suggestions for the programming language and framework, as long as it can achieve a high accuracy of 95% or above for image and face recognition. The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in:

Full source code ownership and its KT with technical document, Unit Test Document, Functional and Technical User manual will be delivered.
