Watch-face conversions like GTR 2 to Balance 2 rely on Zepp OS bin structure matching and resource mapping. The hard part is not just layout but getting AOD and all icon/font assets to render on the newer display engine—these frequently break if not rebuilt in the target SDK. I've modified BINs for Amazfit Bip and Pace previously, using official and community tools, including unpack, edit, rebuild for AOD and color themes. For this, I’d extract all resources, rebuild the project in the Balance 2 editor (Amazfit Watchface Editor or Zepp OS SDK as needed), and output a flashable bin along with source files for easy edits going forward. Does your target Balance 2 use a standard Zepp OS or any OEM variant? That can affect compatibility. Pradeep
